Founded in the heart of the UAE, Leira Consulting was established to connect organizations with the specialized talent that drives measurable business impact. From the digital skyline of Dubai to the industrial hubs of Abu Dhabi, we recognized that traditional recruitment alone could not meet the evolving demands of the market.
Building on our UAE expertise, we expanded to India, establishing a Integrated Delivery Center (IDC) to deliver dedicated offshore teams and project-based solutions in IT, AI, and engineering. Over the years, we have broadened our services to offer end-to-end talent solutions, including workforce strategy, project management, and specialized sector wings such as Leira Healthcare.
